Forteca Climbing Center is the largest climbing center network in Małopolska and one of the most recognizable sport climbing places in Krakow.

The owner of CWF asked us to create a social media communication strategy, with the aim of organizing the activities carried out online and increasing their effectiveness.

  • Reactivating the communication channel on Instagram.
  • Increase engagement with regular customers.

SWOT analysis

Analytics is the key foundation of marketing activities on which we base our strategies. We always pay special attention to it. We analyzed our client’s past activities and competitor activity to better understand the industry and develop effective solutions.

Communication strategy

The strategy encompasses all key elements of communication on selected social media channels – from the tone of voice of the brand, to graphic identity, to content strategy and other marketing activities. Our approach ensures a consistent and effective brand presence online, responding to the needs and expectations of the audience.

Implementation of the strategy

The effectiveness of even the best-designed strategy can only be assessed after it is implemented. In line with our objectives, we refreshed the look and identity of Fortress Climbing Center on their social media profiles. We regularly published posts, managed content and monitored results.

Paid campaigns to people interested in climbing

In the Meta Ads campaigns, we focused on presenting a sports offering. The ads were intended to reach people interested in climbing and those who have never had the opportunity to try this activity. We singled out the main targets of the ads:

  • Generate interest in the offering using dynamic video formats.
  • Direct users to a contact page to facilitate class enrollment.
  • Activating communities and building their involvement.

Formats tailored to the target audience

Video content and carousel became the most effective advertising formats. We created dynamic carousels that encouraged people to sign up for ongoing classes with an instructor.
