From Shopify to WooCommerce

Strobe is a Swedish producer of ski and snowboard apparel and accessories. The brand emphasizes ecology and conscious consumption. Our goal was to deliver a scalable e-commerce platform that supports ongoing growth and meets the individual needs of customers.

Full control over the store: migration to WooCommerce

The migration from Shopify to WooCommerce unlocked new development opportunities. Implemented geolocation automatically detects the user’s location and redirects them to the appropriate language version and currency for their region. This system ensures that customers can complete purchases easily and comfortably.

Integration with Adyen payment gateway

Adyen provides comprehensive online payment solutions, offering a wide variety of payment methods worldwide. Existing WooCommerce integrations didn’t support multi-domain stores, which was crucial for the client’s international growth. We implemented a payment gateway integrated with Adyen’s API, enabling Strobe to flexibly adapt to international market needs.

Improved store performance

Page speed is one of the most important factors affecting user engagement and conversion in e-commerce. We focused on improving performance by removing unnecessary plugins, optimizing code, and enhancing server infrastructure. As a result, the website loads faster, directly increasing completed transactions and improving customer satisfaction.
